Refund & Return Policy — Voodoo Cuisine

7-day defects-only. Every item is printed or packed when you order it, so we don't accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Email captdave@voodoocuisine.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the label.

What we do: once we confirm the issue, we send you a free replacement or a refund to your original payment method. You choose which.

Print-on-demand items: don't mail anything back unless we ask you to. If we do, the return address for POD items is our print partner's facility in Fort Worth, TX, and we'll email you the exact address. Packages sent to any other address can't be processed.

Not covered: normal wear, washing damage when the care label wasn't followed, or a wrong address entered at checkout.

Refund timing: once a refund is approved, allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post it.
