Shipping Policy — Voodoo Cuisine

• Where we ship: United States addresses only (including APO/FPO where the carrier allows).
• Processing: made-to-order items take 2–5 business days to produce. In-stock gear ships in 1–3 business days.
• Transit: 3–7 business days after shipment from US facilities. Each product page shows its estimate.
• Cost: calculated at checkout, with no surprise fees. Free shipping on orders over $50.
• Multiple packages: items can come from different facilities and arrive separately.
• Tracking: we email you a tracking link when each package ships.
• Lost or stolen packages: contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking, and we'll work with the carrier.
• Address errors: double-check your address at checkout. Orders sent to a wrong address you entered may need to be reshipped at your cost.
