Terms of Service — Voodoo Cuisine LLC

1. Agreement: by using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products: colors can look slightly different on different screens. Print-on-demand items are made to order.
3. Pricing: prices are in USD and can change. If we find a pricing error, we'll cancel and refund the order.
4. Orders: we can refuse or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud or stock problems, and we'll refund you in full.
5. Returns: see our Refund Policy (7-day, defects only).
6. Intellectual property: Voodoo Cuisine names, logos, and designs belong to Voodoo Cuisine LLC. Please don't copy or resell them.
7. Limitation of liability: to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item.
8. Governing law: Kentucky law applies.
9. Changes: we can update these terms. Updates take effect when we post them.
